Porcini Pasta Veg HT MC 20minsServes 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Pasta Vegetables herbs Main Course Dairy Free Eggless Ingredients 4 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Garlic Clove, crushed 300g/11oz Porcini Mushrooms, sliced lengthways 400g/14oz Spaghetti 2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped Instructions 1. Bring a large pan of heavily salted water.
2.Heat the olive oil in a large pan add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add the porcini, salt and black pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes. 3. To serve - quickly drain the spaghetti and add to the porcini. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve immediately.
