A Weekday Menu Recipe

Ingredients

480ml/16fl.oz. Water
175g/6oz Quinoa

 

 

Instructions

 

1. Place the quinoa in a large sieve and wash thoroughly under running.

 

2. Drain well and place in a saucepan together with the water. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes until the grains have become transparent, and the spiral germ has separated.  Serve hot or cold.
