Soy Garlic Noodles Veg HT ACC 15minsServes 4 Hot Vegetarian Pasta Herbs Accompaniment
Ingredients 150g/5oz Green Noodles 150g/5oz Plain Noodles 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Instructions 1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until tender. Drain well. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute then add the soy sauce and cook for a few seconds.
3. Add the drained noodles to the soy sauce mixture and mix well. Serve immediately.
