4 Hot Vegetarian Pasta
tbsp Sesame Oil
Garlic Cloves, crushed
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until tender.
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute then add the
soy sauce and cook for a few seconds.
Add the drained noodles to the soy sauce mixture and mix well. Serve
