Pakistani 25mins plus soaking
Serves 4 Hot Grains Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Pakistan Asia Asian
Ingredients 225g/8oz Basmati Rice 120ml/4fl.oz. Ghee
or Olive Oil ˝ teaspoon
Saffron
Instructions
1. Soak the rice in plenty of cold water for about 1˝ hours. Drain very well and allow to dry off.
4. Add the stock,
saffron, and parsley, mix well, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15-18
minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Stir with a fork before serving
hot.
