Pakistani 25mins plus soaking
Serves 4 Hot Grains Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Pakistan Asia Asian
Ingredients 225g/8oz Basmati Rice 120ml/4fl.oz. Ghee
or Olive Oil ˝ teaspoon
Saffron
Instructions
1. Soak the rice in plenty of cold water for about 10 minutes then wash well under cold running water. Drain very well and allow to dry off.
4. Add the stock, saffron, and parsley, mix well, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed. Stir with a fork before serving hot.
