Garlic Noodles with Oregano Veg HT ACC 20mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Pasta Herbs Accompaniment Ingredients: 150g/5oz Green Noodles 150g/5oz Plain Noodles 2 tbsp Oil 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 240ml/8fl.oz. Double Cream 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano, chopped 25g/1oz Butter 50g/2oz Fresh Parmesan, grated Instructions 1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the noodles and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until tender. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute then add the cream and oregano and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Drain the pasta and return to the rinsed out pan. 3. To serve - stir the cream sauce into the noodles together with the butter and parmesan, mix well transfer to a warmed serving dish and serve immediately.
