Hot Fried Rice Veg HT ACC 35mins Serves 4 Hot Vegetarian Vegan Grains Accompaniment Dairy Gluten Wheat free Eggless Ingredients: 275g/10oz Long Grain Rice 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil1 Small Onion, finely sliced 2 Garlic Cloves, finely sliced 1 Chilli, finely choppedInstructions 1. Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the rice and cook for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender. 2. Heat the oil and butter in a wok or large shallow saucepan. Add onion, garlic and chili and fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the other ingredients except the rice, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. 2. Drain the rice then Add to the onion mixture and stir fry for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
