Vegan Grains Accompaniment Dairy Gluten Wheat free
tbsp Vegetable Oil
Small Onion, finely sliced
Garlic Cloves, finely sliced
Chilli, finely chopped
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the rice and cook for 20 minutes or
until the rice is tender.
Heat the oil and butter in a wok or large shallow saucepan. Add onion, garlic and
chili and fry for 1-2 minutes, then
add the other ingredients except the rice,
and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked.
Drain the rice then Add to the onion mixture and stir fry for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
