otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and
increasing to high.

If using frozen fruit omit the
ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of
frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

Each portion supplies 1 of your recommended 5-a-day
Ingredients
2 Peaches, stoned and cubed
50g/2oz Ground Almonds
3-4 tbsp Wheatgerm
240ml/8fl oz Natural Yoghurt
120ml/4fl oz Cranberry or Orange Juice
2 tbsp Honey
A pinch of Ground Allspice
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked
Instructions
Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
2 Ripe Peaches, stoned and cut into pieces
480ml/16fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
¼ teasp Ground Cinnamon
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked
Instructions
Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
