Pineapple Smoothie Recipes

General Notes:

  • All recipes serve 2 unless otherwise stated and take 30-60 seconds’ blending – starting on low and increasing to high.

  • If using frozen fruit omit the ice cubes. You can substitute plain ice cubes with the same quantity of frozen base liquid to give a fuller flavour

  • Where possible, chill the base liquid beforehand

Pineapple Banana
Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
450g/16oz fresh Pineapple Flesh
1 large Banana
240ml/8fl.oz. Pineapple Juice
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Place ice cubes, pineapple, banana, and pineapple juice into the bowl of a blender. Puree on high until smooth.


Pineapple, Coconut and Orange
Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
180ml/6fl.oz. Orange Juice
2 Thick slices Pineapple
2 tbsp Coconut Cream
1 Banana
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Instructions

Add all Ingredients to blender and process until smooth.


Pineapple Mango
Each portion supplies 1.5 of your recommended 5-a-day

Ingredients
1 lime, peeled, seeded and chopped
The Flesh of 1 Mango, chopped
The flesh of ˝ a Pineapple, chopped
2-4 Ice Cubes

Instructions

Add all Ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
