3 tbsp Tomato Paste or Ketchup
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp finely Chopped Onion
¼ teasp Dry Mustard
2 teasp Worcestershire Sauce
½ teasp Paprika
1 tbsp Water

1. Place all the ingredients apart from the chop in a shallow ovenproof dish and

chops and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Remove the chops from the marinade then
add an extra 120ml/4fl.oz. of water to the marinade mixture and mix well.
4. Return the
chops to the marinade, turn to coat well then bake for 1 hour, turning once or
twice during cooking.
