Ham and Pineapple Pizza     HT  MC  Italian  25mins

 

This pizza has become popular in many pizza restaurants and is often referred to as an Hawaiian pizza.

 

Serves 4      Hot  Pork  Fruit Vegetables    Main Course   Italy   Europe

 

Ingredients

240ml/8fl.oz. Tomato Pizza Sauce

2 Pizza Crusts, ready made or home made

175g/6oz Cheese, Grated (a mix of mozzarella and Cheddar works well

4 Slices of Ham, shredded or chopped

2 Pineapple Rings, diced

 

Instructions

 

1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7.

 

2. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crusts and sprinkle the cheese over the sauce, distributing evenly.

 

3. Arrange the ham and pineapple evenly over the cheese then bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve hot.
