Pork HT MC 30mins
Serves 4 Hot Pork
Meat Fruit Herbs Main Course Gluten Wheat
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Red Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
4 Pork Chops
2 Peaches, peeled, stoned and diced
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander (Cilantro)
1. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan, add the onion, garlic and chilli
and sauté gently for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the chops and sauté for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through, turning 3
or 4 times during the cooking period.
3. Add the peaches and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
