Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza HT

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion, sliced
2 Pizza Crusts, ready made
100g/4oz Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese, grated
100g/4oz Sliced Pepperoni
Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F. Gas mark 7.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and sauté over a
heat for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. Remove from heat.
Spread the tomato sauce over pizza crust and top with the cooked onion then
sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
Arrange the pepperoni over the cheese and bake for
10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted
and the crust is golden. Serve immediately.
