Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza HT

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Onion, sliced 200g/7oz Tomato
Pizza Sauce
2 Pizza Crusts, ready made

made homemade 100g/4oz Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese, grated
100g/4oz Sliced Pepperoni
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F. Gas mark 7.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and sauté over a

4. Arrange the pepperoni over the cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Serve immediately.
