Pork Meatballs
HT MC 40mins
Makes 20 Hot Pork Herbs Main Course
Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
Ingredients
225g/8oz Minced Pork
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Oregano
1 teasp Freshly Chopped Thyme Leaves
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
½ teasp Cayenne Pepper
1 teasp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Black Pepper
1 Egg, beaten
Vegetable Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients, except the oil in a large bowl and mix together
using your hands, until well blended.
2. Form into 20 small balls using well floured hands.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan until hot and fry the meatballs for 8-10
minutes, turning from time to time, until well browned and cooked through.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a sauce of your choice.
