Pork and Tomato Hash   HT  MC  75mins

 

 

Serves 4    Hot  Leftovers Pork  Vegetables  Main Course  Gluten Wheat Free  Eggless

 

Ingredients

Butter for greasing
450g/1lb Cooked (leftover) Pork or Boiled Ham, chopped
2 Large Potatoes, peeled and diced
4 Medium Under-ripe Tomatoes, diced
1 Medium Onion,  chopped
Salt and Black Pepper

 

 

Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 170C, 325F, Gas Mark 3 and grease an ovenproof casserole dish with the butter.

 

2. Place the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well then  transfer the mixture to the greased dish, cover and bake for 1 hour.
