Student Pork with Peanut      HT  MC    20mins

Serves 1       Hot    Pork   Nuts   Fruit    Main Course     Dairy Gluten Wheat Free    Eggless


1 Lean Pork Leg steak

2 tbsp Crunchy peanut Butter (check ingredients)

1 tbsp Clear Honey

2 tbsp Orange Juice




1. Preheat the grill to medium hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil. In a small  bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey then add the orange juice and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.


2. Cut the pork steak in half lengthways  then dip into the peanut mixture and spoon over mixture to thoroughly coat.


3. Place the meat in a foil-lined grill-pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally and re-coating with any remaining honey mixture. Serve immediately.
