A Weekday Menu Recipe

 

Honeyed Pork Chops        HT   MC    35mins

Serves 4     Hot  Pork   Herbs  Main course  Dairy Gluten Wheat free Eggless

 

Ingredients:

4 Pork Chops

3 tbsp Clear Honey

3 tbsp Fresh Marjoram, chopped

3 tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves, chopped

Salt and Black pepper

Juice of 1 Lemon

 

Instructions

 

1. Preheat the grill to hot. Brush the chops on each side with the honey. Mix the chopped herbs and evenly coat the chops with them. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and a little lemon juice.

 

2. Grill for 5 minutes on each side close to the heat, then a further 5 to 10 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness, further away from the heat. Serve immediately.
