Soy Pork HT ACC 40mins Serves 4 Hot Pork Vegetables Herbs Alcohol Main course Dairy Free EgglessIngredients 1kg/2lb Pork Fillet, cut into thin slices 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil 225g/8oz Button Mushrooms, halved3 garlic Cloves, crushed 5cm/2 inch piece Fresh Ginger, finely chopped 3 tbsp Hot Water 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 4 Spring Onions, sliced diagonally 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped Pepper 2 tbsp Dry Sherry For the marinade : 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 teasp Vinegar 2 teasp Plain Flour Pepper 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
Instructions 1. In a bowl mix in all the ingredients for the marinade together. Add the pork and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok or frying-pan, and fry the mushrooms in for 3 minutes each time. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
3. Add another 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork for 3-4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain.
4. Add the remaining oil to the pan. Heat again, then fry the chopped garlic and ginger, stirring all the time, for 2 minutes.
5. Add the hot water and soy sauce, stir then add the fried meat and mushrooms. Stir -fry for 2 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.
