Coriander Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
450g/1lb Turkey Mince
1 Small Red Onion, finely chopped
The finely grated zest of 1 lime
1 heaped tbsp freshly chopped Coriander
Salt and Black Pepper
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
1. Place the turkey mince, onion, lime zest, coriander, salt and black pepper in
a mixing bowl and mix well, squidging with your fingers.
2. Using wet hands, shape the mixture into 4 burgers about 2.5cm/1-inch thick.
3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the burgers and fry over a medium
heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Can also be cooked on the barbecue over medium/hot coals for the same length of
time. Brush with oil before placing on the barbecue.
