Hot Poultry Vegetables

2 tbsp light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Saké
2 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp light Miso
2 Spring Onions, thinly sliced
1 teasp freshly grated Ginger
1 Garlic Clove,
8 boned Chicken Thighs
1 teasp Sesame
1. Place the soy
sauce, saké, mirin, miso, onions, ginger and garlic in a shallow dish and mix
2. Add the chicken
pieces, turn to coat well and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, turning
3. Preheat the
grill to very hot.
4. Remove the
chicken from the marinade and pat dry on kitchen paper. Grill for 5
minutes then turn chicken and grill for a further 5 minutes or until brown
and cooked through.
5. To serve -
transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
