 A Weekday Menu Recipe

Herby Grilled Turkey Breast   HT  MC    30mins

Serves 4     Hot   Poultry  Main Course  Dairy Free Eggless  



4 Small Turkey Breasts, skinned

2 teasp Mixed Herbs

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

½ teasp Garlic Salt

Black Pepper

A little Olive Oil




1. Preheat the grill to hot and line the grill pan with aluminium foil.


2. Place the turkey in the grill pan, sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and turn to coat on all sides.


3. Grill for 20 -25 minutes or until cooked through, turning several times during the cooking period. Serve immediately.



Serving suggestions: 

Accompaniments:    Creamy leeks,  Brussels Sprouts  and sautéed potatoes

Dessert:                        Drunken Baked Apples

Key techniques

Chop to – To cut into pieces of approximately the same size.
Brown  to  -  To fry in very shallow  fat  over a high heat in order to colour the food and seal in the juices.

Sauté  - The cooking of food in a small amount of fat, preferably in a single layer, until it browns and softens. It is important not to overfill the pan.
