Chicken HT MC 50mins plus marinating
4 Hot Poultry Main Course Gluten Wheat
Dairy free Eggless
60ml/2fl.oz. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Basil Leaves
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1/2 teasp Salt
2 tbsp grated Lemon Zest
4 boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned
1. Place all
ingredients apart from the chicken in a mixing bowl and mix well.
2. Add chicken breasts,
turn to coat thoroughly then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours,
turning 2 or 3 times during the marinating period.
3. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Transfer the
marinated chicken to a shallow ovenproof dish and bake for 35
to 40 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve hot.
