Ingredients 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned 6 Fresh Shitake
Mushrooms, halved
1. Cut chicken
breasts into bite-sized pieces and pre-heat the grill to hot.
3. Grill the skewered chicken for 15 minutes, turning frequently and basting with the teriyaki sauce. Serve hot.
