Kangaroo Stew

Ingredients:
1kg/2lb Kangaroo meat, cut into
400g/14oz Tinned Tomatoes
400g/14oz Tin Cream of Mushroom
4 Carrots, cut into chunks 6 Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 300ml/10fl.oz. Tomato Juice
2 Sticks Celery, thickly sliced
2 Large Onions, thinly sliced
225g/8oz Green beans, thickly sliced on
Instructions
1.
Place all ingredients in a large saucepan, mix well and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce the heat so the stew is just simmering, cover and simmer for 5½ hours. Serve hot.
