Ostrich Shish Kebabs HT MC

Game Alcohol Main Course brochettes Healthy Eating Dairy Gluten Wheat Free
450g/1lb Ostrich Steak, cut into 2.5cm/1
1 Onion, thinly sliced
Salt and Black Pepper
60ml/2fl.oz. Dry Sherry
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 teasp Freshly chopped Oregano
Mix all the ingredients, excluding the ostrich steak, in a bowl and blend well.
Transfer the ostrich steak to a shallow dish and cover with the marinade, tossing
coat the meat well. Cover and
refrigerate for 6-12 hours or overnight.
Heat the grill to hot. Thread the ostrich cubes onto skewers.
Grill for 10 to 12 minutes turning
frequently. Serve hot.
