Soy Wild Boar Chops  HT  MC    30mins plus marinating

 

 

Serves   4      Hot     Game   Pork  Main Course  Dairy Free   Eggless 

 

Ingredients:

   4 tbsp Soy Sauce

   1 tbsp Mustard

   2 teasp Chilli Sauce

   1 teasp Sesame Oil

   5cm/2 inches Freshly Grated Ginger

   2 Garlic Cloves, crushed

   4 Wild Boar Loin Chops

 

Instructions

 

1. Place the chops in a shallow dish and set aside.

 

2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well to thoroughly blend.

 

3. Pour over the wild boar chops, turn to  coat well, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning every 30 minutes.

 

4. Preheat the grill to medium hot.

           

5. Transfer the chops to the grill pan and grill for 25-30 minutes turning from time to time and basting with the remaining marinade, until cooked through. Serve hot.

Brown  to  -  To fry in very shallow  fat  over a high heat in order to colour the food and seal in the juices.

Sauté  - The cooking of food in a small amount of fat, preferably in a single layer, until it browns and softens. It is important not to overfill the pan.
