Blueberry Freezer Jam Veg

Ingredients
480ml/16fl.oz. Blueberries, crushed Instructions 1. Place the crushed berries, sugar, and lemon peel or orange peel in a bowl, mix well and leave to stand 10 minutes.
2. In another small mixing bow, mix together the lemon juice and fruit pectin.
3. Add the pectin mixture to the crushed berry mixture and stir for 3 minutes.

Ladle into sterilised jars or freezer containers, leaving about 1cm/½ inch
headspace. 5. Seal, label and allow to stand at room temperature for about 2 hours or till jam has set.
Store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator or 1 year in the freezer.
