Blueberry Freezer Jam Veg

480ml/16fl.oz. Blueberries, crushed
900g/2lb Granulated Sugar
¼ teasp grated Lemon or Orange Peel
90ml/3fl.oz. Liquid Fruit Pectin
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Place the crushed berries, sugar, and lemon peel or orange peel in a bowl, mix
well and leave to stand 10 minutes.
In another small mixing bow, mix together the lemon juice and fruit
Add the pectin mixture to the crushed berry mixture and stir for 3 minutes.
Ladle into sterilised jars or freezer containers, leaving about 1cm/½ inch
Seal, label and allow to stand at room temperature for about 2 hours or
till jam has set.
for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator or 1 year in the freezer.
