Missing an Ingredient ? UKFoodOnline.co.uk

Press Release 1st October 2001

New UK Online Resource for Food Allergy Sufferers
Health, Consumer interest, Family

Eczema, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Celiac Disease are just a few conditions, the symptoms of which can be greatly eased by modifying ones diet.

Recipes4us.co.uk, one of the largest independent UK Recipe sites, is about to launch a brand new section with hundreds of recipes catering for a range of food allergy and special dietary needs, including dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free and vegan categories, all of which will include starters, main courses, desserts, baked goods and substitutes: probably more allergy based recipes than you'll be able to find in any one place anywhere on the net.

Whilst Recipes4us.co.uk is not a medical site, it will also include relevant links to recognised associations and help sites. Add to that direct links to online retailers specialising in special dietary products, such as gluten-free flours and soy products, and you have what promises to be a leading resource for food allergy sufferers….and all at the click of a mouse.

Visit the Specials Category at www.recipes4us.co.uk/ for a glimpse of what's to come.

And that's not all. There are already over 1700 British and International recipes already posted on the site: from Alligator to Zabaglione, covering all types of cuisine to suit all levels of culinary expertise. It features a fast search facility enabling visitors to find recipes quickly, plus a wealth of culinary information such as conversion charts, a UK food shopping directory, culinary glossary and over twenty categories from Starters to Desserts and everything in between.
