Celery and Coconut Salad Veg CD ACC 10mins plus chilling
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegetables Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 60ml/2fl.oz. Thick Plain Yoghurt 3 Garlic Cloves, minced The Juice of 1 Lemon Salt and Black Pepper 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds 1 Head of Celery, washed, peeled and grated 75g/3oz Freshly grated Coconut
Instructions
1. Place the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and sesame seeds in a small mixing bowl and blend well.
2. Add the celery and coconut and toss well to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
