Lettuce and Avocado Salad

Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegetables
Salads Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free
120ml/4fl.oz. Olive Oil
3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 tbsp Mayonnaise (check ingredients)
Salt and Pepper
1 large Butterhead Lettuce, separated into leaves
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 Avocados - peeled, stoned and sliced
1. Place the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, mayonnaise salt and pepper in
a small mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
2. Arrange the lettuce on a serving platter and sprinkle with the sunflower
3. Arrange the avocado slices on top and drizzle the dressing over, making sure
to coat the avocado well. Serve immediately.
