Onion and Tomato Salad     Veg  CD  ACC  Madagascan  10mins plus chilling

Malagache name: Lasary Voatabia

Serves 4-6      Cold  Vegetarian  Vegan  Vegetables  Accompaniment   Salads  Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless Madagascar African Africa

Ingredients
8 Spring Onions, chopped
8 Tomatoes, finely diced

1 small Green Capsicum (Sweet Pepper), diced
2 tbsp Water
1 teasp Salt
½ teasp Sakay or Hot Chilli Sauce (check ingredients label)

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly. Chill before serving.

This is traditionally served in small quantities (1-2 tablespoons per person) much like a salsa.
