Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Large bulb of Fennel
tbsp Salad Oil
tbsp Cider Vinegar
Trim and wash the fennel and cut into very thin wedges. Place in a salad bowl together with the shredded lettuce and
refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Put the oil, vinegar, mixed herbs salt and pepper into another bowl and mix well.
To serve, pour the dressing over the salad and toss well and sprinkle with Parmesan.
