Honduran Avocado and Mango Salsa

Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Fruit

1 Firm Mango, peeled and chopped
1 Red Capsicum (sweet bell pepper), deseeded and diced
1 Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 Tomato, diced
2 Ripe Avocados, peeled and chopped
˝ a small Red Onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix to combine.
2. Cover and chill for 20–30 minutes.
