Raspberry Salsa Veg CD ACC 10mins
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Fruit Vegetables Herbs Accompaniment salsas Healthy Eating Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 75g/3oz Fresh Raspberries 1 Capsicum (Sweet Pepper) Chopped 2 Serrano Peppers, finely chopped 1 Red Onion, chopped 2 Tomatoes, chopped 2 teasp freshly chopped Coriander Salt
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very gently, keeping the raspberries whole. Refrigerate until ready to use.
