Cherry Salsa CD
ACC 10mins plus chilling
Serves 4-6 Cold
Fruit Vegetables Herbs
Accompaniment
Ingredients 225g/8oz Dark Sweet Cherries 2 tbsp Freshly chopped Basil ½
Green Capsicum, (sweet pepper) seeded and finely choppe Instructions 1. Pit and chop the cherries and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Serve
as an accompaniment with chicken, turkey or pork.
