Mango and Chilli Salsa Veg CD ACC 10mins
Serves 4-6 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Fruit Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients: Juice and grated zest of 2 Limes 1 Ripe Mango ¼ Red Onion, finely chopped ½ Red Chili, finely chopped 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 teasp Freshly chopped Mint Salt and Pepper
Instructions 1. Remove the skin from the mango making sure not to take too much of the flesh away whilst doing it. Cut the mango into 12mmm/½ inch cubes. 2. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
