Dairy Free Eggless
Medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Jalapeno Pepper, very finely chopped
˝ Red Capsicum (sweet Pepper), chopped
˝ Green Capsicum (sweet Pepper), chopped
˝ Yellow Capsicum (sweet Pepper), chopped
25g/1oz Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
100g/4oz Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
60ml/2fl.oz. Fresh Orange Juice
2 tbsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and black pepper
1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and toss to blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to 4 hours.
2. To serve - 15 minutes before serving, remove the salsa from the refrigerator.
Good served with Grilled Fish such as Tuna.
