Tomato and Basil Salsa Veg CD ACC 15mins plus standing
Serves 4-6 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Vegetables Herbs Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Dairy Free
Ingredients 4 Large Tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped 2 tbsp Fresh Basil, shredded 1 Red Chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced 3 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil 2 teasp Balsamic Vinegar 1 teasp Sugar
Instructions 1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Best covered and left for 1-2 hours to allow the flavours to develop.
