Tomato Salsa Veg CD ACC 10mins
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Herbs Vegetables Accompaniment salsas Healthy Eating Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients: 4 Ripe Tomatoes, chopped 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced1 Garlic Clove, crushed 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped ½ Chilli, deseeded and finely Grated rind of ½ Lemon 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Black Pepper
Instructions 1. In a bowl place the onion, tomatoes, chili, garlic and coriander and mix lightly. 2. Add lemon rind and juice, and mix well. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
