Apple & Horseradish Sauce for Pork or Veal CD ACC 20mins
Hot Cold Fruit Savoury Sauces Accompaniment Gluten Wheat Free Eggless Ingredients: 500g/ 1lb Cooking Apples 3 tbsp Granulated sugar 2 tbsp Horseradish Sauce (check ingredients) Instructions 1. Core and slice the apples but do not peel. Place in a saucepan with enough water to cover and prevent burning until very soft. Pass through a sieve or process in a blender until smooth. 2. Return to the pan, add the sugar and horseradish sauce and heat through until the sugar is dissolved. Cool. Serve cold with pork or veal.
