Coconut Milk ½ tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp Cornflour ¼ teasp Salt Instructions 1. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan bring
to simmering point then cook over a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the
sauce thickens. Serve with puddings. Can also be served as a dressing for vegetables, fish
and meats
