Makes 300ml/10fl.oz. Cold
Vegetarian Accompaniment Sweet Sauces Gluten Wheat Free
tbsp Cold Milk
tbsp Caster Sugar
Place the cream, milk and ice cube in a cold mixing bowl and beat slowly with a
fork, incorporating as much air into the mixture as possible.
Once the mixture has thickened, add the sugar and beat with a hand whisk until
light and thick enough to hold soft peaks. Chill until ready to serve.
