Instructions
1. Place the cream, milk and ice cube in a cold mixing bowl and beat slowly with a fork, incorporating as much air into the mixture as possible.
2. Once the mixture has thickened, add the sugar and beat with a hand whisk until light and thick enough to hold soft peaks. Chill until ready to serve.
