90ml/3fl.oz. Cold Sauce Accompaniment
Condiment Dairy free Eggless Vietnam Asian Asia
1 Garlic Clove,
2 teasp finely
grated Lime Peel
1/4 teas Red Chili Flakes, crushed
2 teasp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Fish Sauce (Nuoc Mam)
3 tbsp Water
2 teasp Sugar
1. Place all the
ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
Drizzle on vegetables, meats and fish.
