Ingredients
25g/1oz Butter
100g/4oz Laverbread
The Juice of 1 Bitter (Seville) Orange
60ml/2fl.oz. Stock
2-4 tbsp Cream
Pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a
medium saucepan, add the laverbread and heat through gently, stirring
constantly.
2. Add the orange juice, stock and cream, season with pepper to taste and
cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with seafood or lamb.
