Makes approx 450ml/15fl.oz.   Cold  Vegetarian Accompaniment  Savoury Sauce  Condiment  Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless  Vegan  Bulgaria  Europe

 

Ingredients

240ml/8fl.oz. Tomato Paste

120ml/4fl.oz. Cold Water

60ml/2fl.oz. Vegetable Oil

Salt and Black Pepper

4 Spring Onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

 

Instructions

 

1. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

 

Traditionally served as an accompaniment to grilled meats.
