Polish Dill Sauce
Veg HT ACC Polish
Makes approx 300ml/10fl.oz. Hot
Vegetarian Herbs Accompaniment Savoury Sauces Eggless Poland
1 tbsp Plain Flour
2 teasp Lemon Juice
2 teasp freshly chopped Dill
1. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, mix well and cook for 1 minutes
2. Gradually add the milk stirring constantly until it thickens to the
consistency of single cream.
3. Add the lemon juice, bring to simmering point then add the dill and continue
to simmer for 3 minutes before serving hot.
