4 Hot Vegetarian Vegetables Herbs
Pasta Accompaniment Gluten Wheat free Eggless*
Garlic Cloves, crushed
Large Red Onions, finely chopped
tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
teasp Dried Marjoram
and Black Pepper
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and gently fry the onion and garlic for 3-4
minutes, stirring from time to time, until softened.
Add the herbs, seasoning
and cream, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer
gently for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot poured over plain or stuffed pastas such as ravioli,
tortellini, cappelletti, tortelli, or Agnelotti.
well with vegetable, seafood, fish, chicken, game or meat filled pasta dishes.
*NB Whilst this sauce is Gluten free and eggless , for a completely gluten/egg
free recipe use a gluten/egg free pasta dough and filling
