Rhubarb Steak Sauce HT CD ACC 70mins
Hot Cold Spices Fruit Vegetables Accompaniment Savoury Sauces Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 675g/1˝lb fresh or frozen Rhubarb, chopped 450g/1lb Onions, chopped 360ml/12fl.oz. Vinegar 350g/12oz Brown Sugar 1 teasp Ground Cinnamon 1 teasp Ground Allspice ˝ teasp Ground Cloves Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve hot or allow to cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
