100g/4oz fresh Rocket Leaves *
1 Garlic Clove
4 tbsp Pine Nuts
6 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Place the rocket, garlic, pine nuts in a food processor and process
until relatively smooth.
2. Add the olive oil a little at a time and continue to process until well

Serve at room temperature. Goes particularly well with pasta.
