Rum 'n Raisin Sauce
Hot Vegetarian Alcohol Dried Fruit Sweet Sauces
1 Vanilla Pod
2 tbsp Dark
3 tbsp Sugar
1. Place the
cream in a pan and bring to the boil. Split the vanilla pod, add to the
cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the vanilla
pod and discard.
2. Stir in the
rum and sugar and continue to simmer for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot.
