100g/4oz Cooked Yellow Beans
2 tbsp Coconut
2 tbsp Ground
2 teasp Sugar
1 Red Chili Pepper
1 stalk Lemongrass
2 tbsp Vegetable
1. Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in a food processor and
process until finely chopped.
2. Heat the oil in
a small pan, add the processed ingredients and simmer over a medium heat
for 2-3 minutes.
Serve at room
temperature as a condiment or use as an ingredient in recipes.
